• “Services” refers to all IT consulting, networking, security system installations (such as IP cameras and biometrics), telephony setup, and related maintenance provided by Us.
• “Products” or “Hardware” refers to any physical equipment (e.g., access points, POE switches, biometric devices, cameras) supplied by Us.

2. Hardware Supply and Installation Services

2.1 Site Readiness

For services requiring physical installation, the Client must ensure the premises are accessible, safe, and ready for our technicians on the scheduled date. Any delays caused by site unpreparedness may result in rescheduling and potential additional charges.

2.2 Product Warranties

All hardware and physical products supplied by Fleek Enterprises LLP are covered by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranties. We do not provide additional warranties on hardware unless explicitly stated in a separate service level agreement (SLA).

2.3 Third-Party Software

We are not responsible for the licensing, functional failures, or data breaches associated with third-party software or databases (e.g., MSSQL) integrated during hardware installation, except where we have explicitly contracted to manage them.

3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payments

3.1 Quotations

Prices quoted for hardware and installation services are valid for a limited period, usually 15 days, unless otherwise specified in the formal quotation. Prices are subject to change based on OEM pricing and market fluctuations prior to final invoice generation.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made according to the schedule specified in your invoice or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms require an advance payment for hardware procurement, with the balance due immediately upon successful installation and configuration.

3.3 Outstanding Payments

Failure to clear pending payments for supplied materials or finalized installations within the agreed timeframe may result in a suspension of ongoing services, voiding of post-installation support, or legal action to recover the pending amounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fleek Enterprises LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from hardware failure or network downtime.
• Security breaches, monkey damage to outdoor equipment (unless protective cages were expressly requested and installed by us), or environmental damage to installed hardware.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Fleek Enterprises LLP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.fleektech.in. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

6. User Conduct
